We are seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join our growing global team. In this role, you will provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior support engineers. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of cloud technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS or Azure.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in specific technology areas (Infrastructure, Networking, Storage,
  • Security, Servers, Windows/Linux, etc.).
  • Familiarity with DevOps processes and languages like Python, Node.js, JavaScript, and/or
  • PowerShell is a plus.
  • Expertise in ITIL processes to implement in a Service Desk organization.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Work schedule: Sunday-Thursday from 4pm to 1am. Tuesday-Saturday from 12 to 9am, Eastern Time.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize customer cloud infrastructures in AWS.
  • Resolve complex technical issues in enterprise cloud environments.
  • Automate routine maintenance tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Triage and troubleshoot real-time incidents in customer production environments.
  • Collaborate closely with customers, providing support at all levels.
  • Participate in ITIL-based change management and incident response processes.

 

Time Shift: Full time.
