We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Support Analyst to join client team, a global creative innovation company.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing user requests, analyzing business needs and translating them into technical specifications. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that the Data Hub meets the evolving data needs of the organization while ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on data warehousing, data integration, or business intelligence initiatives.
  • Experience in managing user requests, preferably within a large organization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, validate, log, prioritize, and track user requests for enhancements, changes, and issue resolution.
  • Manage communication with users throughout the request lifecycle, ensurin transparency and satisfaction.
  • Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements related to user requests and system enhancements.
  • Create clear and concise user stories, process flows, and other documentation to support development efforts.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on requests timelines.
  • Communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non- technical audiences.
  • Participate in meetings, presentations, and workshops to facilitate knowledge sharing and gather feedback.
  • Conduct training sessions and develop documentation to educate users on accessing and leveraging the Data Hub for their analytical needs.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of the Data Hub across different business units.

 

Location: Remote/ On Site (CABA-Palermo Once every 15 days)

Time shift: Full time
