Biz Manager Assistant

We are looking for a Biz Manager Assistant to join Laugh Media. Laugh Media is a dynamic agency based in Buenos Aires specialized in cutting-edge Ad Tech solutions. Our team comprises passionate and driven individuals dedicated to connecting brands with their fans. We believe in collaborative work, cherishing each moment and consistently delivering outstanding results.

You'll work with the NY team (CEO and Sales) + 2 people from Laugh located in Argentina who are also assigned to this client.

Requirements:

• A desire to start a career in sales, particularly in the digital marketing or ad tech industry.
• +1 experience, though any internships or previous roles in customer service, sales, or marketing are a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Upper intermediate / Advanced English skills
• Confidence in cold calling and emailing potential clients.
• An eagerness to learn about programmatic advertising and digital marketing.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in finding new opportunities.
• Ability to use AI tools such as GPT or similar are a plus.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks at once.
• Must have a sales character

Responsibilities:

• Appointment Setting:
• Sending connection requests via Linkedin
• Coordinate and Schedule Meetings
• Update CRM records with all relevant lead and meeting information
• Draft follow-up emails for sales meetings
• Draft follow-up emails for prospects to push them down the funnel
• Follow up with prospects who have expressed interest in our DSP but need further information or nurturing.
• Learning and Development:
• Gain knowledge in DSP technology, programmatic advertising, and creative digital marketing solutions.
• Collaboration:
• Assists with meeting preparation
• Conference preparation: research attendees, send meeting requests and coordinate scheduling
• Share relevant updates and news with prospects
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support overall lead generation strategies.
• Assist in marketing campaigns by providing feedback on lead quality and outreach efforts.

Location: 4 Remote/ 1 On Site (CABA-Colegiales)
