XimpleHR is seeking a Pre-Sales Support (DSP) for Laugh Media, a dynamic agency based in Buenos Aires specializing in cutting-edge Ad Tech solutions. The agency is dedicated to connecting brands with their fans and prides itself on collaborative work, consistently delivering outstanding results. In this role, the assistant will support the NY team (CEO and Sales) as well as two Laugh Media team members based in Argentina.
The Pre-Sales Support (DSP) function is essential to facilitate the sales process through effective communication and lead nurturing.
The role will focus on assistance in managing the existing funnel with respect to selling a programmatic advertising platform .
This position requires a proactive person who excels in email and LinkedIn outreach while providing critical support in conference preparations to enhance sales efforts.
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in programmatic sales.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; internships or roles in customer service, sales, or marketing are advantageous.
- Experience with Hubspot or other CRMs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Upper intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Confidence in cold calling and emailing potential clients.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and familiarity with best practices for professional networking.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Responsibilities:
Appointment Setting:
- Schedule meetings and demonstrations between potential clients and the sales team.
- Coordinate with the sales and client success teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Follow up with prospects expressing interest in our Demand-Side Platform (DSP) to provide additional information and nurture relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and leads in the CRM system.
Lead Nurturing via Email and LinkedIn:
- Draft personalized follow-up emails to engage leads after sales meetings, ensuring they have all necessary information to make informed decisions.
- Create targeted follow-up emails for prospects at various stages of the sales funnel, with the goal of pushing them closer to conversion.
- Conduct outreach on LinkedIn to connect with potential clients, sharing relevant industry content, insights, and updates to maintain interest and engagement.
- Utilize LinkedIn messaging to nurture relationships with prospects and guide them through the sales funnel, tailoring communication to address their specific needs and interests.
Conference Preparation and Support:
- Assist in the planning and organization of conferences and industry events, including venue selection, logistics, and materials preparation.
- Research attendees and potential clients who will be present at conferences, creating tailored meeting requests to facilitate introductions and discussions.
- Coordinate schedules for meetings during conferences, ensuring the sales team is prepared with relevant materials and information.
- Help create and update promotional materials, presentations, and collateral to be used at conferences to effectively showcase our offerings.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support overall lead generation strategies.
- Assist in marketing campaigns by providing feedback on lead quality and outreach efforts.
- Contribute ideas to enhance outreach strategies and messaging for improved engagement with potential clients.
Location: 4 days remote / 1 day on-site (CABA, Colegiales)
Time shift: Full-time position
