XimpleHR is seeking a Programmatic Media Planner for Medialaugh. They are experts in programmatic platforms, both buying and selling media. Their clients understand the ecosystem and the immense potential of programmatic buying, but often face technological and platform-related hurdles. That's where they come in: they help overcome these barriers by adopting new technologies and bringing innovation to media buying.

They work with media agencies, provide programmatic outsourcing services in the US (with Argentina as a human resources HUB), and represent technologies (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, creative tools, among others) in LATAM.

The focus of the role is to develop effective media strategies, create detailed media plans and manage RFPs (requests for proposals) in the US market, taking into account its regional nuances. A deep understanding of the US media landscape is essential for success in this position.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in media planning, preferably in an agency or Ad Tech environment.
  • Previous experience in programmatic advertising and managing DSP platforms.
  • Experience with premium CTV publishers
  • In-depth knowledge of the U.S and global market, with a clear understanding of its regional differences and nuances.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with media planning tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communicationorganizational, and marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Planning & Strategy: Develop media plans that align with client objectives, leveraging market research and audience insights to optimize campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • RFP Management: Lead proposal development, data collection, and the presentation of tailored recommendations to clients.
  • Client Support: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth campaign onboarding and providing strategic recommendations tailored to the unique needs of different U.S. regions.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Proactively track campaign performance, delivering data-driven reports with actionable insights and timely recommendations to optimize the activation and success of new clients.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales, creative, and account management teams to ensure seamless execution of media strategies and plans.

 

Location: 4 days remote / 1 day on-site (CABA, Colegiales)
Time shift: Full-time position
