Senior Automated Quality Assurance Engineer

Perform, in collaboration with XimpleHR, is seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of their products. This role involves designing and implementing automated tests, maintaining the existing test suite, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automated tests for new features.

• Maintain and enhance the existing test automation suite across the project.

• Conduct peer reviews and provide constructive feedback on colleagues' work.

• Continuously refine team processes, brainstorm improvements, and effectively communicate progress and status.

• Mentor team members, providing guidance and feedback to enhance team performance.

• Review product requirements, specifications, and technical documentation to provide detailed and actionable feedback.

• Collaborate closely with product teams, stakeholders, and users to plan and deliver features comprehensively.

• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.

• Actively participate in team meetings, including scrum meetings.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a gaming or similar environment, with a strong emphasis on software or firmware testing methodologies.

• Proficient in Java technologies (mandatory).

• Demonstrated experience with a balance of manual (20%) and automated (80%) testing.
