A Data-driven Client Operations Specialist is being sought to join the Media Laugh's Operations team. This team plays a pivotal role in the success of products and client success. With hundreds of campaigns each year, this role is essential in delivering valuable insights, campaign maintenance, and platform performance to all clients.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing pre/post-sales operations or a similar role.
- Experience working with Ad Agencies, DSPs, DMPs, and Ad Servers.
- Strong attention to detail.
- AdOps experience.
- Strong project management and continuous improvement skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay flexible, and prioritize accordingly in a very fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to create sustainable partnerships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in SQL (Structured Query Language) for database querying, management, and analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel is a must).
- Understanding of the mobile industry and geospatial technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement all assigned campaigns with a focus on quality to maintain strongpartnerships and the success of the partner’s products and platform.
- Manage all flows of customer requests and issues via Salesforce and the Experience Cloud Portal.
- Establish yourself as a key interface and go-to team member for questions related to campaign setup, campaign strategy, troubleshooting, and delivery.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of core products and managed accounts, and leverage this knowledge to successfully manage operations.
- Provide top-notch operational support to ensure the successful understanding, evaluation, and adoption of products.
- Establish and monitor key metrics to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed analyses of performance to support business decisions and improve processes.
