Client Services Associate
Medialaugh
XimpleHR is seeking a Client Services Associate for Medialaugh. They are experts in programmatic platforms, both buying and selling media. Their clients understand the ecosystem and the immense potential of programmatic buying, but often face technological and platform-related hurdles. That's where they come in: they help overcome these barriers by adopting new technologies and bringing innovation to media buying.
They work with media agencies, provide programmatic outsourcing services in the US (with Argentina as a human resources HUB), and represent technologies (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, creative tools, among others) in LATAM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the AdTech industry and digital advertising.
- Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts and programmatic advertising.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are fully trained on our platform and understand how to manage their campaigns effectively.
- Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their inquiries and issues promptly
- to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Campaign Monitoring: Support the monitoring of client campaigns, collaborating with the ad operations team to identify and resolve any delivery issues.
- Reporting and Analysis: Assist in preparing campaign reports for clients, highlighting key performance metrics and insights to help them understand their campaign results.
- Feedback Collection: Collect client feedback on platform usability and feature requests, relaying this information to the product development team to guide future enhancements
Location: 4 days remote / 1 day on-site (CABA, Colegiales)
Time shift: Full-time position
