Full Stack Drupal Web Developer

Perform, in partnership with XimpleHR, is looking for an innovative Drupal Web Developer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining engaging and robust websites using Drupal CMS. Perform seeks an individual passionate about delivering high-quality web solutions, with a deep understanding of Drupal's ecosystem, web development standards, and industry best practices.

This is a fully remote, full-time position open exclusively to candidates based in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance custom Drupal websites, modules, and themes.

• Collaborate closely with design and product teams to create intuitive and functional web interfaces.

• Ensure Drupal websites' security, scalability, and performance by adhering to best coding practices.

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing web applications to guarantee optimal user experience.

• Participate actively in code reviews and continuously improve development processes.

• Stay updated with emerging industry trends and integrate innovative Drupal features and technologies.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience developing Drupal websites, including custom modules and themes.

• Certifications such as Certified JavaScript Developer (JS, W3S, JSA), Acquia Certified Drupal 10 Developer, Front-End and Back-End Specialists, and Site Builder for Drupal 10 are highly valued.

• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.

• Experience with PHP Symfony 4/5/6.

• Deep understanding of Drupal's theme layer and front-end theming techniques.

• Familiarity with database management systems, particularly MySQL.

• Experience using version control systems such as Git.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in collaborative, team-oriented environments.

• Knowledge of headless CMS concepts, including Decoupled Drupal.

• Experience with Drupal 7/8/9 or 10, including familiarity with their latest features and optimizations.

• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js is beneficial.
