In Ukraine, they have a core team – of more than 30 specialists (back-end developer – Java Devs, front-end developer – React, QA engineers, and PM). Another team is on the client side (back-end developers – Java, front-end developers – React, QA Engineers, Designers, DevOps Engineer, Full-Stack Developer (Java+JS))
They are looking for new team members because they want to expand the team to relieve their schedule.

1) Technical interview
2) Interview with the Program Manager
3)Interview with the customer
4) Offer
Program manager and customer interviews can be swapped, this is not critical but only the interview with the Program Manager isn`t technical
